At The Rousseau Effect, we take great care in preparing and delivering your beauty essentials. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and service availability.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Rousseau Effect is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Rousseau Effect is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Therousseaueffect@gmail.com including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
